Jon Pizey

Jon is the DEM Group Design Partner, responsible for all practice design outcomes. His visionary approach and expertise in architecture and urban design have driven the successful delivery of a range of ambitious placemaking projects, and he is renowned for his ability to lead projects of transformational change.

With a career spanning over 30 years, Jon's experience covers a diversity of large-scale projects across the Asia-Pacific region and the UK. He is a specialist in master planning, complex urban renewal and placemaking, with additional expertise in the architecture and urban design of complex transport infrastructure. His broader project experience encompasses data centres and mission critical facilities, mixed-use development, medium and high-density residential, social and affordable housing, commercial facilities, and tertiary education.

Jon has extensive experience in client, stakeholder and community consultation across all levels of government and is highly regarded for his ability to build consensus around major projects. He is also a regular keynote speaker at international conferences, addressing infrastructure delivery, urban design and placemaking.
