Vista Gardens, Circa provides  a venue for weddings and corporate events, as well as commercial office space. Function facilities are located on the first level adjacent to an extensive external formal garden, with a smaller function space and sky restaurant / bar located on the roof terrace with expansive views across Bella Vista Farm. Office accommodation is located on levels 3-6 with offices ranging in size from 80-100m².

The garden provides both collective and intimate areas for celebratory events, and spaces for office workers to relax and socialise. Central to the design is the Garden Pavilion - a highly flexible grassed open space which is to accommodate wedding ceremonies and receptions ranging in size from grand, large-scale events to smaller scale, boutique celebrations.
