His excellent analytical and organisation skills combined with his considerable technical knowledge ensures that projects are coordinated and managed effectively, and high-quality outcomes delivered.

Edmond is a specialist in medium / large scale residential, and complex mixed-use projects and has designed and led numerous affordable and social housing projects. He is also highly experienced in managing the design of data centres and mission critical buildings. Having worked for over 20 years on a range of projects in Australia and Hong Kong, Edmond’s substantial track record also extends across a number of other sectors including airport / road / rail transport infrastructure, commercial facilities and tertiary education. 

 

Edmond has a keen interest in construction technology and ESD, particularly in relation to high-end energy users, and is a Green Star Accredited Professional. With overall responsibility for the DEM architectural studio, Edmond is also extensively involved in practice management.
