Edmond is a Director at DEM, responsible for the direction and operational management of the architectural studio. His strong analytical and organisational skills, combined with comprehensive technical knowledge, ensure projects are coordinated and managed effectively to achieve high-quality outcomes.
He brings over 20 years' experience delivering large-scale projects across Australia and Hong Kong, specialising in data centres and mission-critical facilities, residential development, mixed-use projects, and affordable and social housing. His substantial track record also extends across tertiary education, commercial facilities, and airport, road and rail transport infrastructure.
Edmond leads DEM's major projects as project director and project manager, overseeing consultant teams, programme, procurement and risk across technically complex projects. He has proven expertise across all stages of the architectural process, from feasibility and site due diligence through to design development, statutory approvals and construction delivery, combined with a strong command of regulatory frameworks.
Edmond has a keen interest in construction technology and environmentally sustainable design, particularly in relation to high-energy-use building types, and is a Green Star Accredited Professional.
