DEM collaborated with the building owners at Centuria and BlackRock to develop a new design concept for the Zenith Centre lobby. DEM explored the interface between the building lobby and surrounding facilities to provide a striking new design incorporating Zenith branding. Activation included relocation of the concierge desk, new seating configurations and new café layouts and furniture. The reception area was  designed with integrated panelled wall treatments, signage, lighting and digital wayfinding. Seating was configured in a variety of cluster arrangements to enable improved utilisation of space and provide informal meeting areas/workpoints.
