The Qingdao headquarter building was designed in response to Tian An’s strategic goal of providing a marketing suite and offices for the Qingdao Science and Technology Park.

 

Central to the architectural design is the atrium which takes on the role of an internal street. The atrium provides a focus for a campus style office environment, linking two buildings and accommodating primary circulation.

 

Building floor plates allow for flexibility of various interior fitout options, providing multi-functional interior spaces to support a variety of work styles and modes including collaborative focussed learning and socialising.
