Peter Hadjisavas

Peter is the Director of Interior Design at DEM, leading the practice's interiors studio and shaping its long-term growth and creative vision. His design expertise and collaborative approach — working closely alongside clients and consultant teams — have been instrumental in the successful delivery of many of DEM's most high-profile interior commissions.

A central focus for Peter is next-generation workplace design— creating environments that prioritise adaptability, integrated technology and the wellbeing of a diverse workforce. His broader workplace expertise spans commercial fit-out, government and semi-government facilities, and strategic briefing and workplace strategy, underpinned by a strong understanding of how the evolving nature of work is reshaping the design of contemporary interiors.

Peter brings extensive experience across a broad range of typologies including data centres and mission-critical facilities, medium and high-density residential, tertiary and education fit-out, hospitality, retail, and seniors housing, with additional highly developed skills in signage and wayfinding. His completed projects demonstrate his attention to detail, innovative thinking and ability to resolve complex design challenges.
