Urban design study in support of a new residential neighbourhood with an enhanced public domain focus along the Georges River.
An urban design study prepared as part of a Planning Proposal for the development of Lot 6 Newbridge Road. The study established a planning and urban design framework to guide future development as well as design principles which aimed to create a distinctive, resilient and vibrant residential neighbourhood located along the banks of the Georges River.
The development of the master plan required review and assessment of a range of factors including flora and fauna impact, traffic, contamination, flooding, stormwater, bush fire protection, and economic and social impact.
