Located in close proximity to Lindfield railway station, the project incorporates 105 commuter car parking spaces and 136 spaces for general public use. Dual lifts and stairs provide access to the car park. Other facilities include a cafe pavilion with outdoor dining area, vine-covered gazebo structures, and an interactive water feature as well as level space to accommodate community activities such as markets, and performance and cultural events.

The Village Green provides a public space that offers a welcoming and inclusive environment. The design is responsive to local character and the architectural structures and landscape elements incorporate references to surrounding heritage buildings and gardens.

Sustainability initiatives include the provision of photovoltaic panels on the pavilion roofs, electric vehicle charging stations within the car park, and water sensitive urban design measures.
