Mid-Level/Senior Architect
The Position
We are looking for a motivated and talented Architect with 6-8+ years local experience to join our Chatswood office to work on a range of engaging projects within our architectural division.
This is a career opportunity for the right candidate that will allow you to work with all levels of DEM Management and other experienced project Architects. Applicants must have commitment to quality design and documentation, creativity, good communication and organisational skills and be willing to demonstrate initiative and the potential to grow into a more senior management role.
REVIT skills essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Work with Directors and Associates, assisting in the conceptual design, documentation, and delivery of our projects

Ability to undertake Team Leader role on a variety of projects

Ability to work independently and take responsibility for project deadlines and project performance

Ability to provide junior team member direction and collaborate with the project team and other teams in a wider capacity
-
Undertake production documentation of projects using CADD / BIM software
You will be required to demonstrate that you have:

6-8+ years post-graduate experience in Australia within the field of architecture

Master of Architecture
-
A high level of Revit skills essential
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven experience with concept design, design development and production documentation

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job

Clear communication, comprehension, and organisational skills

Sound abilities in the use of SketchUp and Photoshop

Good time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently

Interior Designer
The Position
We are looking for a talented Interior Designer to join our DEM design team.
DEM is a multi-disciplinary practice bringing the opportunity to collaborate across a range of interiors, architectural, landscape and urban design projects.

Who are we looking for:

A bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture or equivalent with 5 - 8 years local post-graduate experience

High proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite

Excellent design, communication, both written and verbal communication skills

A comprehensive understanding of the design and delivery of interiors projects from initiation though to completion
