DEM currently operates under a Quality Management System which is externally certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. Having maintained this certification continually since 1999, it is our goal, at all times, that client expectations are achieved during our design process.

Occupational Health and Safety

DEM is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for its staff, visitors and those that will occupy the buildings that we design. In order to achieve this, DEM has documented an Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with ISO 45001:2018 with a strong focus on safety in design.

​​Environmental Policy

DEM is committed to creating better environments, by making the principles of environmental management and environmentally sustainable design an inherent part of our professional responsibility. In support of this commitment, we have documented an environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001:2015.

Professional Insurance

​DEM maintains both professional indemnity and public liability insurance. Professional indemnity insurance cover and public liability insurance cover are both up to $20 million for any claim. Further information can be provided upon request.

DEM also maintains statutory Workers Compensation Insurance.

Transport for NSW Technically Assured Organisation

​DEM is a designated TfNSW Technically Assured Organisation providing expertise in Buildings Architecture, Site Master Planning, Urban Design and Landscape Architecture.
