The design responded to the demands of a contemporary office lifestyle, where a healthy working environment is paramount. Key considerations were the provision of multi-functional spaces, high degrees of transparency, discrete levels of security, integrated green roofs and  sustainable design.

Buildings incorporate operable internal and external windows to promote cross-ventilation and to reduce the demand for air conditioning or heating. Louvered sunscreens and solar performance glass are utilised where necessary to shade internal office spaces to further reduce the need for mechanical cooling. Mid and roof level landscaped podiums provide break-out areas and recreational landscape, and green roofs are incorporated for water capture and insulation. These spaces are to encourage better interaction and communication between  tenants, while the public ground floor landscape plazas are to provide pleasant meeting places for workers.
