A landmark village of 230 contemporary apartments located on the foreshores of Woolooware Bay, Taren Point which  created a benchmark seniors living lifestyle environment. The project incorporates four-storey vertical living buildings strategically located to capitalise upon the site’s natural assets of location, water views and sea breezes to create a village that balances a modern, secure setting with a sense of privacy and community. Large 2 and 3 bedroom apartments are supplemented with modern community facilities including a wellness centre, lounge, dining room, chapel, and aged care facility. All apartments are adaptable to be fully compliant for wheelchair accessibility, and to allow aging in place without compromise to the desirability of the living environment.
