Substantial upgrade and expansion of West Pennant Hills Sports Club’s existing facilities to cater for its expanding membership.
DEM was commissioned to provide full architectural, landscape, planning and interior design services.
New facilities include Sports and Tab lounges, a state of the art gymnasium, bowling, tennis and sporting facilities, basement parking and a central landscaped courtyard for dining, general patron break-out activities as well as smoking.
