Design and documentation for alterations and additions to an existing transport depot located within an industrial precinct at Penrith. Works included:

Extension of an existing private vehicle car park to provide 60 additional car parking spaces.

Extension of an existing bus parking area to provide 60 additional bus parking spaces.

Two overhead electric charging gantries servicing a total of 90 electric buses.
Gosford
Design for a proposed transport depot that is to facilitate high quality public transport services for the Lower Hunter and Central Coast Region. The location of the site provides the opportunity to create an important public transport facility within the Gosford Centre and close to the broader transport network.
The design provides a functional bus depot facility comprising:

Hardstand incorporating 95 stacked bus parking bays.

An at-grade private vehicle car park for 110 cars.

A two-storey administration building for staff with offices meeting rooms and training rooms.

A single storey workshop for bus maintenance and repairs with a mezzanine level incorporating a lunchroom, offices and store areas.

Refuelling facilities and storage areas.
