Quality education facilities integrated with student accommodation, commercial space, private residential apartments, convenience retail, restaurants and cafes and high quality open spaces.
The master plan was designed to support the growth and vibrancy of Morling College and the wider Baptist community as well as to contribute to the revitalisation of the Macquarie University Station Precinct.
The concept plan provided:
