DEM completed a precinct concept master plan and proposals for the upgrade of MGSM buildings E14A, E12C, E14A and the Executive Hotel Buildings E14C and E14D.

The Precinct Master Plan addressed :

• Pedestrian connectivity between the MGSM precinct and the Faculty of Business and Economics (FBE) precinct.

• Connectivity between the Executive Hotel and MGSM facilities including entry and reception functions. 

• Identification of requirements for building entry upgrades to achieve DDA compliance.

• Opportunities to upgrade external open space areas within the precinct to improve overall functionality.

Following the  completion of the master plan, a series of smaller, staged projects were undertaken including upgrades to teaching spaces to improve utilisation.​
