Following a devastating fire which destroyed their Allambie Heights facilities in December 2007, the CPA (formerly The Spastic Centre of NSW) commissioned DEM as their Architects and Project Managers to design and deliver a world class, state-of-the-art Cerebral Palsy Treatment Centre and Administrative Headquarters.

 

The new CP Centre features specialist disabled treatment facilities, a dental clinic, parent lounge and counselling facilities, an outdoor play area and custom designed disabled gym and sport centre as well as specialist wheel chair fitting and workshop facilities.

 

The Centre  features a host of ‘over-code’ disabled access and amenity facilities that set new benchmarks for disabled use planning within corporate facilities.
