DEM are the Project Managers for the project and have led the design inputs in architecture, interiors and landscape design creating a contemporary mixed use residential building with a unique point of difference from current developments.
Located on the Como Baptist Church site in South Perth, this 10-storey residential development, comprising 86 apartments, will have a five-star Green Star rating and include a range of lifestyle offerings for future residents. The Promontory will also include an Early Learning Centre and café to support the creation of a new community hub.
Stage 2 of ‘Chapel Hill’ will incorporate a range of additional facilities including a public plaza, rejuvenated Church and community facilities, retail / commercial uses and high quality residential apartments and resident amenities.
The development will create a new community precinct and contribute to the revitalisation of the Canning Bridge Cassey Quarter Precinct.
