DEM's involvement spanned from initial site feasibility studies/test fits, full concept /schematic design, and documentation of Stage 1 of the overall development with future stages to be rolled out in line with industry demand.

 

The facility comprises: 

• A new 980 m² technical office building. 

• 2 data storage compartments (1,710 m² total GFA) with associated backup plant rooms, fire prevention and security services.

• 4 off new purposes built data storage hall buildings (total GFA 12,400 m² each) containing two data halls each with associated backup plant rooms, fire prevention and security services. 

• Ground level plant areas adjacent the data storage halls to accommodate back up power and air conditioning plant and equipment and secure fuel storage.
