DEM was appointed as Lead Architects, Interior Designers and Landscape Architects to design and document this Hyper Scale Data Centre. Our involvement spanned from initial site feasibility studies/test fits, full concept/schematic design, full documentation and full site attendance role for Stage 1 of the overall development with Stage 2 to follow to meet end tenant demand.

The overall master planned facility comprises two three-storey technical office buildings with a combined area of  6,280m², and 16 data storage halls with a total area of 19,600m², housed in two-storey buildings, all with associated plant rooms and security services. 

The site has been master planned as a secure mission critical facility to be deployed in multiple stages to meet industry demand for highly reliable and high density white space. The  modular building form adopted for the facility responds to the function of the data centre, the extent of plant and equipment required and the necessary high level of security. It was also designed to facilitate 24hr / 7days a week continuous operation.
