Blue Haven Stage 5

Stage 5 expanded the existing Blue Haven village of 114 units by a further 88 units through the addition of vertical living apartments.  It also provided a common atrium lounge, hairdressing facilities, kitchen facilities and a sky lounge and terrace to take advantage of spectacular views of the town, harbour and mountains.

Adaptability and access features were important design factors for this community retirement facility as well as Environmental Sustainable Design features such as water retention and reuse in both toilets and gardens.

The project also required incorporation of  new ILU’s that would meet the latest market demands and create an outcome that was integrated with the existing village.
