  • Conversion of  existing teaching space into academic and administrative office areas.

  • Provision of a partially enclosed activated atrium space between the buildings to provide an all-weather hub, visually and physically linked to the campus’s main pedestrian walkway.

  • A state-of-the-art finance lab  and student administration area  with breakout spaces, cafe, and a variety of seating modes.

  • Elevated students break out spaces and informal study pods.

  • A hard landscaped court with shade trees at the eastern end of atrium space to provide a relaxed area for passive recreation.
