Scott's solid skills in analysis and problem solving, leadership, teamwork and communication underpin his role as Director of Operations. He is responsible for DEM’s IT and cyber management and oversees the company’s business systems that contribute to DEM's high quality of work and uniform standards. This includes maintaining DEM's quality assurance, WHS and environmental management system.

With over 35 years of architectural and construction industry experience in Australia and New Zealand, Scott’s depth of knowledge has proven invaluable in developing new procedures to support the effective delivery of quality architectural services. His professional experience also includes BIM system management, IT systems / software systems management, BIM and CADD training and staff induction.

Scott has worked on a wide range of projects including data centres, large scale residential, schools, hotels, hospitals, infrastructure projects and commercial office blocks.
