Jon is the DEM Group Design Partner whose visionary approach and expertise in architecture and urban design has driven the successful delivery of a range of ambitious place making projects. Jon is responsible for all DEM practice design outcomes and is renowned for his ability to lead projects of transformational change.

With a career spanning 30 years, Jon’s broad experience covers a diversity of large-scale projects in the Asia-Pacific region and the UK. He is a specialist in master planning and complex urban renewal projects which are underpinned by his big-picture thinking, perception and imagination. Jon’s broad experience also encompasses airport / road / rail transport infrastructure, mixed use developments, medium / high density res­idential, social and affordable housing, commercial facilities, tertiary education facilities and data centre and mission critical facilities.

 

​Jon excels at client, stakeholder user group and community consultation as well as working with all levels of government and has been a keynote speaker at international conferences.
