As the Managing Partner of DEM, Rudi plays a pivotal role in the management of major projects and is responsible for high-level client and consultant liaison. Insightful and adept at strategic innovation, Rudi also takes a lead role in practice management and business development.

Rudi brings to his projects over 35 years of experience on large scale local and international projects within the Asia-Pacific region. He is a specialist in data centres and mission critical buildings, taking a key role in these projects from inception to delivery. His work also extends across all major sectors including road / rail infrastructure, mixed use developments, medium / high density residential, commercial facilities, tertiary education facilities and sports clubs.

Rudi has extensive experience in all project phases including project management, design management, contract administration, site due diligence and peer review. He has delivered a wide range of project types including Green Star and sustainable buildings. Many of his works have received industry recognition for their design excellence, innovation, long term suitability and excellence in construction.
