Cerebral Palsy Alliance Campus Redevelopment Sydney

DEM was appointed to create a masterplan vision for the redevelopment of the Cerebral Palsy Alliance (formerly known as The Spastic Centre) Allambie Heights campus. The project consists of a new state of the art Cerebral Palsy Centre, a Services Centre building and an integrated Seniors Living Apartment development comprising 131 apartments.

The new Cerebral Palsy Centre facility provides contemporary therapy, training and administrative facilities within a landscaped setting. The client requested that the Centre’s design target a 5 star Green Star Office Design rating and a 4.5 NABERS Energy (ABGR) rating. The facility is envisaged to incorporate ESD inclusions such as roof and grey water capture / reuse, mixed mode natural ventilation / A/C system, reduced parking, materials reuse and design for disassembly and low VOC materials use.
